During your first visit to the M.M. Krasnov Research Institute of Eye Diseases, you must register an outpatient medical card at the Reception for first-time patients (2nd floor).

To register an outpatient medical card and receive medical services, you must have a passport, SNILS, and a compulsory medical insurance policy (OMS).
The working hours of the Reception for first-time patients are Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm.

For subsequent visits to the M.M. Krasnov Research Institute of Eye Diseases, you must go to the OMS Reception (3rd floor). An appointment is required.

Medical services under OMS are provided to citizens of the Russian Federation. Citizens of other countries are provided medical services on a paid basis only.

Additional ophthalmological examinations not covered by the OMS program are provided on a paid basis.

The M.M. Krasnov Research Institute of Eye Diseases does not provide emergency care and accepts patients aged 18 and older only.
